Quite disappointing - staff were lovely and friendly, but the food wasn't near good enough, for a bakery that looks traditional from photographs it definitely broke tradition. The cakes seemed fresh, but the ingredients used did not seem right at all. Unfortunately all the food was very bland, dry and chewy. It has potential to be an excellent bakery with it's location and vibe, but the cakes must be improved at the very least!

We use Brothers Bakery all the time, staff are very helpful and friendly! The bread is lovely, try and buy a white and wholemeal loaf each week, they do sell out sometimes. We’ve tried lots of their other items, everything has been good. The Belgium Buns are incredible, I don’t even want to tell people as they already sell-out everyday, but honestly they are as big as your face and delicious!! I’ve been told their iced-buns are good too!!Parking: There are paid bays and plenty of free parking most of the day, just check the signs.

At only day's notice the lovely staff at Rolands Bakery were able to produce a beautiful th birthday cake for my mum with a myriad of hand crafted sugar flowers, and the price was extremely reasonable. What's more, they didn't 'tut' and make me feel guilty for giving them so little notice.. This in the busy town of Orpington where the high street bakery no longer makes cakes to order. Don't hesitate to ask Rolands for your next cake order - I can't recommend them highly enough!

The young girl that serves there is very rude and has no customer service skills. She wears black leggings that were stained which was no pleasant to look at considering she is serving food. Her head was not covered like her fellow colleague serving which means the staff are aware of the food and hygiene requirements but chooses to ignore the rules.I ordered an apple pie and she threw at the counter like she is feeding ducks and when I told her that I was not happy throwing my food on the counter she looked shocked and no apology she said she did not see anything wrong with throwing an order even though it was only my order she had thrown. If it was not a front of house serving she would spit in the food if she don't like how you look.they need to improve on customer service skills.
